Agonim

This is Agonim, the main villain for Pale Blue Dawn.

Agonim used to be Denver's best friend since they were children.
Agonim is a Pure Blood Vampire, as was Agonim's father.
Agonim had a brother too, named Scornin.
Pure Blood vampires are of a lineage, born as vampires, not bitten and become vampires.
Agonim killed their own father, but hid it from Scornin though.
The reason being is that he saw their father as weak, since Vampires are seen as one of the strongest and most powerful beings, especially Pure Blood, since only Pure Blood have the gene able for being Demunculus.
Demunculus or Demunculi, are basically a type of Demon with the ability to manipulate things like dimensions and create dimensional portals, meaning they have unnatural powers and can do a variety of "abnormal" things.

Example: Blood manipulation and control via Hemokinesis.
His guns are created out of his blood. He can cut or mutilate himself to get the blood to utilize, or even telepathically break the skin open for use and it'll heal right up.
He can also create wings out of his blood, shields, blades, wire, so on so forth.
He can communicate telepathically with animals and creatures that have albinism. He has a castle that houses some of his animal friends even. His favorite is his Crowl (mix of a crow and owl) named Pearl.
Other abilities of his, and one of his most favorite is his ability to create dimensional portals (that of which he can create, shoot a blood bullet into and a dimensional portal appear behind you and killshot you from behind, for example), and can create things via Homunclus out of anything, or nothing.
Kinda like the Tarantagus (8-legged, 6-eyed horse that can fly) he spawns for him, Murdoc, and Garland to ride whenever needed.
In short, Agonim's quite overpowered.
Base vampire abilities like super speed he also has, as well as teleporting due to having the Demunculus gene. And turning into a singular white bat or forming as a colony of white bats that make a blinding flash of light when reforming as himself.

Now then, Agonim killed his father, because he saw him as not living up to his potential. His father could enslave mankind.
But he used his powers for protection instead.
Note: Agonim is an albino Vampire. Pure Blood Vampires only vary in either having Albinism or Melanism.
Their father had black (as in onyx black) skin and black hair.
Agonim has white skin and white hair, as you can see.
Anyways, after killing their father, he acts like nothing happened, says it was Denver's father, so Denver's father gets executed for it.
Agonim acts sorry for getting Denver's dad killed and even feigns being mournful over him.
This goes on for a few years.

Into Agonim and Scornin's teens they become an extremely prosperous mercenary duo dubbed "Agony and Scorn".
One day during a job, Agonim was talking about how powerful they are, he slips in about how their dad was weak, and then subtly says he killed their dad.
Scornin and Agonim get into a fight and Agonim kills Scornin.

Agonim is found out to have killed Scornin through rumors related to him going solo for no reason. Agonim still gets work, then basically goes berserk on his jobs, mutilating his targets, whether or not they were needed dead or alive, he still killed them.
It's not long after this that Agonim starts hunting down other Pure Blood Vampires and killing them because, so it would be, when a Pure Blood Vampire kills another Pure Blood Vampire, they get their powers and become even more powerful by doing so. Think of it how Highlanders are.
Around that time, he puts together a team with Murdoc (a stoic dragon hunter) and Garland (a brash and brutish ogre) and they start runnin' roughshod throughout the galaxy.
Relentlessly killin' people, stealin' valuables and what have you, as well as seeking out and killing other Pure Bloods for Agonim's quest for more power.
By Agonim killing those other Pure Bloods, it extends his sun resistance, however, he still can't be out a full day.
He looks at this as a weakness, one he must remedy.

It is because of his vulnerability that he too seeks out The Pale Blue Dawn after hearing it's supposedly real...and that his old friend, Denver, is seeking it out as well.
His wishes are to be able to have no sun sickness or even death while being out in the sunlight anymore.
But his most desired wish? Since The Pale Blue Dawn is an infinite genie, he wishes to become immortal.
Due to being a Pure Blood Vampire, he doesn't age, so he can't die naturally, but things like the sun and actually killing him is possible.
So he wants to change that fact. Alleviate his weaknesses.
To him, that's the only way you can "improve upon perfection".

Denver hears about all that Agonim has done and is up to and can't believe his best friend, someone he considered a brother, would do.
So, as well as looking for The Pale Blue Dawn, they seek out to confront and stop Agonim before it's too late and the body toll racks and stacks higher.
